FROM STROMNESS:
At the Ferry Road Roundbout take the Garson Industrial Exit.
Follow the road until you reach the T-junction and turn right.
Follow the A965 through Steness to Finstown.
Take the left turn signposted Evie/Birsay A966 and Tingwall Ferry
Continue on the A966 through Norseman Village.
Take the right turn signposted Tingwall Ferry.
Take the first right after the large bend and we are on the left hand side (1st track on the left).

FROM KIRKWALL:
At the Ayre Mills Roundbout follow the A965 towards Finstown.
In Finstown take the right turn just past Gillocks signed Evie/Birsay A966 and Tingwall Ferry.
Continue on the A966 through Norseman Village.
Take the right turn signposted Tingwall Ferry.
Take the first right after the large bend and we are on the left hand side (1st track on the left).
* All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
* Dogs and pets are not permitted into the wildlife centre. We regret that assistance dogs are also not allowed into the animal section as a dogs presence is very stressful for our animals. However, assistance dogs are welcome in the tearoom.
* For the safety of visitors and our animals Fernvalley Wildlife Centre reserves the right to refuse entry to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Any persons acting violently or inappropriately will politely be asked to leave the centre and no refunds will be offered.
