Fernvalley Wildlife Centre and Tearoom are committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal data.

We want to be clear about how we will collect, use, and store the personal data you choose to share with us.

What type of personal data do we collect?

At present we do not have a membership process or email subscription.

We engage with our customers via social media platforms which have their own Privacy Policies, GDPR and data protection measures in place.

To make a tearoom booking, make a group booking for the Wildlife Centre, place a donation, arrange for the postage or delivery of a gift voucher, or arrange for the postage of a sponsorship pack we may collect personal data in person, via telephone, via email or via Facebook messenger.

We will never ask for banking details from our customers. Donations are by cash or Paypal via our website. Invoices will include our BACS information.

We do not use your information for marketing or research.
